How we are different

For over 35 years, we have defended self-insureds, working directly with the self-insured company or the TPAs. We realize that the goals of a self-insured employer or third party administrator are different than those of a company who has a workers’ compensation insurance carrier.

We also understand self-insureds want to protect their employees who are actually injured on the job.
